Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high‑volume periods (product launches, restocks, holidays), processing may extend to 3–5 business days.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international regions. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been processed.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
SEREIN Comfort is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.
Pre‑Orders & Backorders
If your order contains a pre‑order item, the entire order will ship once all items are available. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
